Nemanja Obradović has been a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the Belgrade Bar Association since 2022.

Nemanja is a member of the legal team at Jusufović & Partners, with experience representing domestic and international individuals and legal entities across various areas of law. He provides legal advice and representation in the fields of commercial and contract law, intellectual property law, debt collection, labor law, migration law, as well as corporate status changes and business operations of commercial companies.

Throughout his practice, he has been involved in corporate status changes, drafting and analyzing various civil and commercial contractual documents, as well as legal representation and advice in the context of everyday business and contractual relations for both individuals and legal entities. He has significant experience in conducting debt collection procedures, both in out-of-court phases and through litigation and enforcement proceedings.

He also advises clients on labor relations and internal employer regulations, with a particular focus on drafting work rulebooks, job classification systems, and other general acts in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational specifics at a certain employer.

Nemanja is fluent in English.
