Tijana Nikolic is especially focused on corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law and public procurements.

The area of her work also includes status corporate matters, ownership relations in companies and transfer of property rights, including privatization, status changes, bankruptcy and liquidation of companies, administrative, regulatory matters and issues regarding administrative authorizations, approvals and permits of government authorities and bodies, legal matters pertaining to property relations and other relations on immovable and movable property, legal matters related to contract and obligation law including bank and financing affairs and insurance, as well as the area of employment, administrative procedures and disputes, protection of trademarks, patents, copyright and related rights and intellectual property rights.

She is adviser of the agency for protection of copyright and the organization for collective management of related rights. She advises clients during preparation of business strategy regarding status changes, establishment of companies, association, and drawing up of commercial contracts, with particular experience in the area of IT and pharmacy.
