Tijana Nikolić is particularly focused on corporate law, intellectual property law, and public procurement.

The scope of her work includes corporate status matters, ownership relations in commercial companies and the transfer of ownership rights, including privatization, status changes, bankruptcy and liquidation of commercial companies, administrative and regulatory matters, as well as issues concerning administrative permits, consents and approvals issued by state bodies and authorities, legal matters related to ownership and other relations concerning real estate and movable property, legal matters of contract and obligations law, including banking and financial transactions and insurance, as well as labor relations, administrative proceedings and disputes, protection of trademarks, patents, copyright and related rights, and intellectual property rights.

She is a regular advisor to a copyright protection agency and an organization for the collective management of related rights. She advises clients in the preparation of business strategies related to status changes, incorporation of commercial companies and associations, and drafting of commercial agreements, with particular experience in the fields of IT and pharmaceuticals.

She speaks English fluently.
