Ana Ivanović is an attorney with more than ten years of experience in legal representation and advisory services for domestic and international clients across a range of industries.

Before joining Jusufović & Partners, Ana spent six years at a reputable law firm, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and commercial law matters, including significant domestic and international transactions and projects. She subsequently established her own law practice, through which she provided legal advice and represented companies and individuals, building long-term relationships with her clients.

Her practice covers corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, employment law, competition law, contract law, legal matters relating to real estate and construction projects, and commercial disputes. She has extensive experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of companies, including legal reviews and due diligence procedures, as well as corporate restructurings and reorganisations, investments, corporate transformations and other legal matters relevant to companies’ business operations.

Ana has advised and represented clients from various sectors, including the pharmaceutical and IT industries, real estate and construction, energy, and the events industry. Her experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as representing clients before courts and government authorities.

In her work, she combines thorough legal analysis with a practical and business-oriented approach, focusing on understanding clients’ objectives and identifying clear, tailored and efficient legal solutions.

Ana graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. She passed the Serbian Bar Examination in 2018 and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.

She also completed a Mini MBA programme focused on business and entrepreneurship, organised by The Leader Project and Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada.

She is fluent in English.
