Marina Miljaković is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the Belgrade Bar Association since February 2018. She completed her basic academic studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in September 2017. She passed the bar exam in July 2020.

Marina claims that two years of internship in a law office was an invaluable experience, which brought her a lot of practical knowledge in various areas of law. The determination to pursue her career in law draws the most from her work environment, because she believes that experienced colleagues, who love their job and always represent the best interests of clients, both in court and out of it, motivate her to be persistent, resourceful and – above all – dedicated to her profession.

She believes that for the purpose of acquiring true legal knowledge, it is necessary to accept challenging cases, and she advises her young colleagues – first of all, Associates in a law firm, not to run away from responsibility, and to be aware that every new undertaken legal action, a new submission and going to a new court hearing are valuable experiences, which will teach them to interpret the law correctly, thus representing their clients in the best possible way.

Marina advises clients in the areas of intellectual property rights, damages, debt collection, family, labor law and criminal law. She acquired the skills of writing legal acts, not only through her internship, but also through the training she underwent in the field of Nomotechnics.

She speaks English language.
