Marina Miljaković is an Attorney at Law with significant experience in labor law, commercial law, and intellectual property law. She has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2018. In her practice, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal assistance to clients, with a particular focus on understanding their needs and finding efficient and practical solutions.

In the field of labor law, Marina has extensive experience in preparing complete labor law documentation, including employers’ general acts, workplace regulations, employment contracts, and other internal acts. She has successfully advised and represented numerous domestic and international companies in all aspects of labor relations — from establishing employment relationships and conducting disciplinary procedures to termination of employment and representation in complex labor disputes.

In addition to labor law, Marina has significant experience in commercial law and intellectual property law.

In the field of commercial law, she participates in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts — including incorporation agreements, share purchase agreements, business cooperation and distribution agreements, as well as lease agreements. She advises domestic and foreign business entities on company formation and status changes, corporate governance, management liability, and compliance with corporate regulations.

Within the field of intellectual property law, Marina provides legal support regarding the protection of copyrights, trademarks, patents, and designs, as well as in registration and enforcement proceedings before the competent authorities.
